ULTRATEX “Hi-Build” Render is superior quality dry mix, cement based, polymer modified render containing washed and graded silica sand, light weight additives.

Hi-Build render is generally used for achieving thickness greater to 10mm and greater, as it is a light weight render, higher thickness will not substantially increase the weight on the substrata.

USES

Tools/Machinery Required: Hack & Steel trowel, Polystyrene float, plastic floats, straight edge, sponge, Power mixer, masking tapes, drop sheeting, if spraying render use proper equipment.

Mix one (1) 16kg bag of High Build Render to @ 3.5 -4 liters of clean water using a power stirrer. (Add Ultra Bond to water where necessary) Add the Dry Mix water steadily while mixing with a power stirrer until the consistency is smooth and lump free.

Allow the mix to stand for 5 minutes, remix before useor before adjusting consistency if required.
